Upgrading, slonezp?

I wouldn't call it upgrading as this is a fishing machine. I've spent all these years fishing with my son and dad and the Predator is absolutely perfect. I now have a 2 year old grandson. Well, I can't just take him out. Momma and grandma have to tag along with all of their crap. The Lund is a fishing boat, not a family boat. The boat was an excuse to get away. Now, the women have a reason to go on the boat. I'm almost sold on a Ranger 1880MS Still a fishing platform but room for the women. I'd also like to start fishing for coho and kings and the Ranger is a better platform for that. Whether or not that is an upgrade, or a compromise, I don't know.
????????????
I wish I was ready to buy.

I wish you were too. I've had some inquiries, but nothing solid as of yet.
Slonezp- what about a pontoon or tritoon? I've fished off a pontoon before, very stable, next to impossible to sink, lots of room.
I was wanting a pontoon for a project, then the boat I'm working on came along - at a really good deal.

I'll still be fishing Lake Michigan, possibly more than in the past. Were it not for me to continue to fish inland, I'd get a Grady White. I don't see another option besides a walleye platform. I crawled thru an 1880MS last Saturday and I think it is ideal for fishing and family. It's 10" wider and 16" shorter than the Predator. The Predator is all front deck. The deck on the Ranger is about 2/3 the size but the cockpit area is opened up and has seating for 6. With the rear pedestal seats removed, the girls will have room for their crap and I'd have room for a tube when the grandkid gets a little older.
If you're looking at the 1880MS, you should look at the Skeeter MX1825 or WX1910 as well. I opted for the MX1825 over the Ranger...fit my needs better. The MX doesn't have the flip up rear seats as the Ranger or WX does but I wanted the longer livewell for Muskies if I needed it. The Skeeters can come with either the wrap around WS or bubbles. I got my MX used up in MI. Very low hours and came with 2 HB units, Ultrex and 175 Yamaha. Enjoying the hell out of it...when I can get it out.

I've heard mixed reviews about the build quality on the Skeeter multi species boats. I do want the extra seating. I found a used 2018 1880MS that may sell for what I am asking for the Lund. That would be sweet. It's a 1600 mile round trip drive for me and to save $10k off of buying new, I'll make the drive.
For that kind of savings I’d do the same. My trip was only 600 miles but did it twice... once to look at it and once to purchase it. Haven’t heard of any issues with the skeeters. They did have some lamination issues in the past, though. Good luck on whichever boat you get.

My final drop in price. If it doesn't sell before winter, the price goes back up in the spring.
Just buy it @J Francho ????

At that price, almost makes it an investment opportunity.
Perhaps I could snag it - baby sit it for the winter - and then resell.
Of course, I'd have to shoot video and call it 'Flip This Boat"

I just bought a furnace. I'm tapped out, and don't want a loan right now.

Nada shows average retail without options at $32,900 ????
Did you list it on walleye central and muskie forums?
Yes
Is this still available?
Still available Dwight. I'd like to sell it soon. I want to get the Ranger I have my eye on this spring.
Also, I did just buy a new battery and charging cord for the Ipilot remote and I'll include 5 gallons of the optimax oil
Last chance...$31k and she's yours. She's going on consignment tomorrow morning.
