Will the darker belts bleed dye when they get wet the first few times?

Answer: As the manufacturer and a licensed partner of Huk, we have not experienced any issues with our Huk belts and "bleed dye". We push ourselves to create quality products and innovative designs to last. Our designs put our brands ahead of the curve when it comes to protection and durability. At Signature Products Group, we warranty our products for manufacturer defects.

What is the width of this belt?

Answer: 1.5”

Is the Khaki color belt reversible?

Answer: Don’t have that color but none of my other Huk belts are.

Anyone have issues with the belt not staying tight?

Answer: No, not as long as it is somewhat tight when I put it on. I actually have 3 different belts that are similar and this one holds better than my others.

Answer: I wear daily. And never loosens.

How do you correctly trip belt to 38 waist?

Answer: Put around your waist, mark, and cut with scissors is what I did. You will need a decent pair of scissors, or sharp knife. Then melt end with a lighter. Just takes a modest amount of flame.

how thick is the belt?

If the belt is 52” long why does it fit only to 44”?

Answer: As the manufacturer of the HUK Belts, the length is adjustable as is any standard belt. This allows for an inch or two of weight fluctuating and also to allow for the end of the belt to be tucked into the first belt loop past the buckle. It is a standard measurement for "one size fits most" webbed belts.

How is it with saltwater? The ocean and/ or saltwater pools specifically. Does the buckle rust or corrode?

Answer: I have used mine for a few surf fishing trips to the gulf for pompano, which included wading in the salt water. No corrosion issues so far.

Answer: Mine has not yet. Although, it has not been extensively exposed.

Answer: I am size 34 I cut 6” off and burned cut end bic lighter
