What is the actual backing capacity when using 10Wt line?

Answer:

Answer: 180-200 if you are using gel spun 20# , 150-175 if you use 30# . I have 20# with a 275 grain sink tip (I have it in an 8wt) and had 20-25 yds left from a 200 yd spool of gel spun . It will vary a bit with manufacturers diameter . Unless you are tarpon fishing it should hold enough . I was impressed with this reel for the price .i hope this helps some .
