chim cánh cut : My first one is defective will update once I get replacement

Out of the box, it feel smooth but it sound like it running on gravels, make sounds while it free spins, weird, no friction but it does grinding something in the gear or bearing.on the +side it's extremely light weight n. 26.4 lbs max drags, I definitely dig it. That's main reason I pick this over BG 4000, BG is heavy n lower drags power.
Received a replacement n it's sounds even worse than 1st one, sound like it running through sands ????
I gave up on this model and returned both reel, I don't know why 2 of mine came in with grinding noise....
so I ordering daiwa BG instead. I like how it feel , and how light it is , but the quality control is not there... received 2 bad one in a row is sad
