Lew's Wally Marshall Speed Shooter Reel

The Speed Shooter features a quality 4-bearing smoothness with ZeroReverse anti-reverse. The body is lightweight graphite and houses a thin compact gearbox. The skeletal graphite rotor is light but strong. The ported spool is double-anodized aluminum. The aluminum bail provides a reliable performance as it flips open and closed. The reel’s collapsible handle can be adjusted to right or left-hand retrieve. The color-matched knob adds form, function and color to the perfect shooting setup.

Pretty nice reel for ice fishing with nice bright color helps it stand out in the snow. Seems well built. Used it today icing some bluegill and it did great. Ill be using it for walleye soon so we will know how it holds up soon enough!

Plastic handle snapped after one month use, very cheaply made

Customer : Just nicked a rock and handle broke!

I had the reel 1 week and took it to our lake. I was placing the rod down and the handle nicked a rock and snapped almost at the reel. It’s made of a cheap magnesium. Smooth on the outside , but a very porous structure on the inside... I can see why it snapped. The reel itself worked smoothly, but I can’t get past the cheap build of the handle...come on Wally... this item represents you!
