That's a good question.

My name in fantasy football is SlimyBottomSucker . Something I got from a crossword puzzle .
I live in Indiana, and I spend a lot of time finesse fishing. First thing that popped into my head.

I was a big gamer in my teens and I used this name.
mine is kind of a play on flyfisherman since that is what i like to do. I intentionally put it as flyfisher since I am pretty sure it isn't even a word as a play against the high brow nature/stereotype of a lot of people who fly fish. It's also a name I use on pretty much every board i am a member of.
Part of first name, last initial, and there were 227 with the same before me!
It's just me....

I enjoy rippin lips 'as we all do' so there you go.

I've had a lot of muscle cars and streetrods and used to paint the roads quite often; did a lot of drag racing too.
First initial, middle initial, last name.
It was my LAN ID at my last job.
I've never eaten a hot dog. Oops, wrong thread. It's just a color pattern for the Normans crankbait I throw often on the Columbia River. I couldn't come up with something that lead to a conspiracy theory involving the bass fishing, the Illuminati, the Free Masons, Hitler's bunker and Area 51 so this just had to do.
I tried to use FisherJ..and it was taken. By whom? I've never seen them speak.. so I used letters from my name. And the numbers are for an area code in Michigan. A place that will always be home.
@Jar11591 I knew what your numbers were cuz mine are real similar.
Favorite type of lure and favorite body of water to fish.
Put a 4" lift kit and 36"ers on my '79 CJ. My wife said she couldn't get in anymore.....it was too tall.

I'm into gun collecting and gun forums were the first forums I ever joined years ago. So I stuck with the same screen name when I came here, and on Corvette forum too.
A little more in depth, I love the 1911 pistol and own a couple chambered in the less common 38 Super cartridge. The cartridge has an interesting history and is an excellent shooter as well. I always thought the cartridge was underrated, so I wanted to let people know I was a fan.
First and middle initial and last name, and yes I am the 3rd. ?
One has to be a Seinfeld aficionado to appreciate my screen name. It concerns an episode where Kramer got a proctologist's novelty license plate by accident. Drop the B on Bassman.

Wish I could change my name to NY Wayfarer. I think that would be a better name as NY is my home state and I am not so much a finesse fisherman since discovering these forums. Back in the day, we were only allowed 8 character logins for the network at work. Mine was "jfrancho" so I used it here, but I used it for the login name in the old BassResource system, and you couldn't have the handle name be the same as your user name. hence, I became J Francho. I thought about changing it, but so many people call me "j franco" in person, it sort of stuck. Even one of my best friends calls me that. I suppose it beats Johnny, my other nickname.
My screen name is Hez...an abbreviated version of my middle name which is Hezekiah. Ever since the internet became a thing - Hez has been my internet nickname.

So mine came from the old Myspace days. My name on Myspace was King_of_the_damned because I liked the movie Queen of the Damned quite a bit. I liked that name so much I changed it and added my shortened name instead of king. Ibrahim (Ib), and its pronounced "EEB" and used it as an email address ib_of_the_damned@_____.com for over 15 years now.
Hence, ib_of_the_damned...

Got it from a old man i use to take on guided duck hunts when i was in high school, i used a Browning Belguim mag duck 12 gauge A-5 with a 32 inch full choked barrel, i had a rep of knocking down birds that guys shooting the 3 1/2 inch shells couldnt and the old man took to calling me blaster and then
someone coined me A5BLASTER because when someone would ask who had shot the duck or goose that was farther away from the blind then the rest they would say A5BLASTER did.
Its still my favorite gun to this day got to be a man to shoot that thing more then three times
Mine is simply because I love throwing a frog.... sometimes I should really put it down but I think one bass caught on a frog is worth 5 bass caught any other way. I have a problem and there isn't a 12 step process to fix it!

I hear you on that. When I hunted turkeys, I used a Mossberg 835 pump, with the 3.5" mag turkey loads. It wasn't an auto, so there was even more recoil. Never felt it when shooting at a turkey, but you didn't want to spend too many shots sighting it in, as it would about take your shoulder off. Also, made sure there was no turkeys behind the one you were shooting at or you would be looking at extra birds on the ground after the shot.
As to my screen name, my first screen name was cutbait - as in the second part of fish or cut bait. I recently changed it and decided to personalize it and make it my first name combined with my town (Penfield) and state (NY) location as coin - penny, so I could remember it easily.
Well my last name is Beaver and I guess you can figure out the subliminal meaning. Having a last name like that gives me many options honestly.

Mines pretty self explanatory - I'm a physician's assistant, I play bass guitar, and my birthday is 9-27... And the only part of that statement that is true is my birthday
Mine is fairly self-explanatory, when I signed up here I was ready to take a break from my normal screen name that I use that was based on the nickname I received playing college basketball, mudgedaddy. I thought up something semi-original, but alas it was already claimed by someone here on BR. Since my creative side was already burnt out on the original attempt, I figured what the heck I live in Wisconsin and I'm a guide so let's combine that and WIguide was born. Creative genius at work... I know...I know
I chose my name, Lures 'n' Liberty, because I'm a proud and active member of the Libertarian party. My first name.
My first name and I love by the motto "To be Old and Wise you must be Young and Dumb" and 4 is my hockey and motocross number.
In my younger days I worked in a manufacturing plant with some guys who, for whatever reason, had a hard time pronouncing my last name so they shortened it to a nickname. "Ess" or "The Ess". Then another guy came to work there with that same nickname so I jokingly called myself "The Real Ess." And since this is a fishing site, I changed the spelling of Real to Reel. Thus, TheReelEss.

I come from a tropical island and like to fish for bass. While I don't mind targeting other fish, bass have a special place in my heart that no other species can take, lol.
