I was really looking forward to using this lure, I liked the design and the first few cast I liked how it worked in the water. But on the 5th cast one of the propellers came off because I guess the screw backed out. Not sure about everyone else but every other lure I use I don't have to perform preventive maintenance on it to ensure that it's not going to fall apart after every cast. Will be sending these back.

These things are cool! I bought 2 in case i lose one. They look so real in the water. Just a side note, they are a little bigger than I expected, about 5". Awesome value for what you get, i who'll let you know what the fish think about them later next month.

By the way, I did forget to mention that the original lure did have a decent strike however as most anglers will attest you can get a hit and fish will hang on and release lure.
I used the replacement lure yesterday and ran thru a Shimano Waxwing, Kastmaster, Bobber (set to sink). I found the Truscend does run deep (I casting on the flats 3.5'). Make sure you adjust your rate of retrieve and rod tip angle (up) to prevent getting snagged on bottom.
Used it a couple of times and action was very lifelike (looked like local bait fish for trevally), craftsmanship very good....however eyeball fell out. I asked for replacement and it is on it's way!
It was very easy to change out treble to single inline hook.

This is one of the most realistic looking lures I have ever had. I am sure it will catch me many bass this season!!
Ra Drumba : Feels like a real fish and swim like one
It short of has a short far cast with my other lures. It a bit on the light side. It does cast half way from 75 Feet to 80 Feet with a 6 1/2 Foot Medium Heavy Pole From Ugly Stick. Using A spinning real for this lure. It does look real and movement is very good. I haven't caught a fish on it yet. Because it was early spring and the water was muddy and the water temps was around 43F. It does feel like a fish and swim well.
The Lure does have Good movement. But the main issue with it. Is it will float on top reeling half way when reeling in a fast short pace. But I've never used this type of lure. It kind of too light on this type of lure the fall rate is slow. I am using a clip for this lure.
So I'm kind of a Noob at lure fishing But when I do catch a fish with a lure it a rare encounter.

These swimbaits are one of the best lures I have ever purchased. I have had them for little over a month and laned so many bass. I also had a pike on the line with one that had to be at least 8-10lbs but it came loose after the beast jumped out of the water. I hope to catch something like that soon as I use them more but would highly recommend to add these to your tackle box.

This lure is absolutely amazing in use. The top water experience this provides is awesome! BUT! as you can see the blades come off on the back while in use. The screw unscrews itself and then the lure is useless. I've asked for a replacement blade and screw, they did send a pack of new lures but as you can see I'm on number three now with a missing blade! I would like to see a repair not a replacement, these are nice lures if they stay together. I guess I'll add a small Phillips screw driver to my tackle box!
