This is a nice diverse kit to get you started or just to diversify your tackle box for the money. Some pieces are more realistic than others. Some people have complained about size, they range from small to about medium-small which I expected. I'd compare this set to a sample box, you don't get a good amount of stuff and not all of it is quality, but it gives you an idea of what you want and also will help you find what works for you.
Here's how I'd rate parts of this:
Quality for price: 8/10
Quality of case: 6/10
Realistic : 6/10
Diversity: 9/10
Value for beginners: 9/10
Value for intermediates: 3/10
Overall it's not a bad kit, but it's not the best either. If you have money to spend on a nice kit this can't compete, but for someone on a budget or just trying the sport out this is a good option and I'd certainly recommend it.

When I received it, it exceeded my expectations.There are hard soft and metal fishing pieces. it's for all types of fishing mostly in fresh water and light bay salt water, ponds and lakes and streams. Great set for anyone who likes a variety of fishing Like I do. The tackle box that is comes in is also perfect for gifting. This way my dad can either use the box for the current lures or, take out the items, and have an emergency storage for fishing supplies. If you look at my pictures you'll see how beautiful and functional all the pieces are.This is wonderful!
