TRUSCEND Fishing Jigs Lures are a decent set of lures. I took them out on a family fishing trip and two of my family members did catch trout using these. They are a bit heavier, not a light weight lure, well made and seem to work well for fishing.

these are well made, with good materials and exactly as pictured. The hooks are in there solid and I pulled in a 6 pound fish on the green one within an hour ...nothing bent up, nothing broke...fish seem to like it. All good and all satisfied.

This set of fishing lures contains six lures with a four-sided hook at front and rear. Each one has a very shiny little eye, and there is a variety of colors to fool any unsuspecting fish. To further confound the fish, each lure has three holes to connect to the fishing line. Each of the holes is positioned so that the lure would vibrate slightly differently in the water when it is connected to the line at the different points. There's a diagram on the back of the package to illustrate the advantages of the different placements. I watched while my husband put the lures into the water using the different holes. I couldn't tell much difference, but maybe the fish can. The demonstration took place in a fishless and almost vacant flycasting pond, for demonstration only. My fisher husband says that he'll enjoy using these when trying to outsmart real fish. He is strictly catch and release, so I'll have to take his word for the effectiveness.

At the time of this review the product title says “Metal Fishing Jigs Sinking Spoons Fishing Lures Bait for Trout Walleye” and matches the product. Looks like there was some mismatch before. The lures are beautiful with a front heavy design to go far, as the head part is more 3D and the tail end is flat. The hooks are sharp and coated. The weight is labeled as 12.5 g but they actually weigh closer to 14 g, which is about half an ounce. The set has all the popular colors and look realistic.
