Answer: No. For thin wall snack bags. Folded bags must fit into the slide gap that is 1/8” wide.

I was gifted the original ones sold on TV, but when I went looking for more, QVC and HSN didn't sell them. So I took a chance on these, and other than the color of the rods and some embossed name of the product, these are identical to the original sold-on-TV ones. The trick in using these is to first fold over the top of the bag, maybe 3/4 of an inch, making a crease. Then slide this thing onto the vertex of the crease.
