They bags work really well. I was sick of wasting the roll. I didn’t realize that The bags didn’t come with the adaptor attachment to use it but I just put it in the machine without it and it worked great. This will save me money in the long run.

My wife's mother has just recently discovered the wonderful world of vacuum sealing. She has purchased herself a nice, little vacuum sealer that came with a few bags. I wanted to surprise her with some more bags so that she was prepared and had everything she needed.
The Good —> Our whole family tries to be very self aware and conscious about the things we do to contribute to the negativity stuff that happens within the world. For example, we always do our best to recycle and repurpose items because we know it's more beneficial to us, our planet and our future. One of the main reasons why my wife's mom was so late to try vacuum sealing is because she thought that all of the packaging was disposable. She didn't realize that they made reusable vacuum seal bags.
These bags come in two different sizes labeled as small (8.27" x 8.66") and medium (8.66" x 13.4"). Both of these are great sizes for meats, whole meals, snacks, etc. The bags are very easy to clean and don't require anything special. You just hand clean them as you would your normal dishes. These bags are thicker and much more durable than your disposable freezer bags which means your layers of protection. Add that plus the fact that they're vacuum sealed and you won't experience freezer burns or loss of nutrients and colors.
The Bad —> The only negative downside to these bags is the fact that they're not extremely versatile. By that I mean these bags are only set up to work with their designated vacuum sealer. If you try to use another sealer machine on it you likely will not be successful. I understand why they do that but at the same time some freedom and flexibility would be nice.
They're great bags. They're thick and durable, easy to clean and they do a wonderful job at keeping your food fresh. Even if you're only freezing something for a week you still notice a difference in appearance, taste and freshness compared to storing it an ordinary, disposable freezer bag. I would recommend. My mother in law is very happy with them and has just blanched a whole bunch of sweet corn and sealed them tightly in these bags. They've ended up in my freezer after all!
