These 6 panel nets feature Premium Clear UBE Chip Monofilament Netting, 1/4" square mesh, 100lbs test braille lines and 1.35 lbs. of lead weight per radius foot. All 600 Series Nets are outfitted with round ball weights, enhancing the fine-tuned "sink to weight" ratio. A 30 ft. handline is secured with a heavy-duty anodized swivel. Each net is packed in a reusable hard plastic container. Double selvage adds 2X the strength in critical stress points. Balanced lead distribution provides a quicker sink rate. High quality thick braille lines reinforce the overall support strength of the net. The assembly line is made from premium treated nylon and is interloped multiple times around the leadline, reinforcing the connections with the net panels. Application: 1" - 5" Bait.

Decent net but it tangles very easily. No, it's not from me lol. I throw a perfect cast each time but the brail lines tend to wrap the lead lines after empting the net. If I untangle before throwing, usually get a cast or two before untangling again. Good for the price, not a professional net though.

Very nice only thing I don't like is that the main lines that are attached to the weight line and pull line are not separate lines. So some times it slides one way or the other and you have to pull and even out the sides. But 100% best net I have bought.

Ahi USA 600 Pro Series 6 Panel Cast Net with a 6' radius is a quality net for bait. It will be all I will need for getting crab trap bait and fishing cut bait in the future. It is a good quality net with a little more weight to sink a little faster. This is my only net, but it seems to throw easily, with a little practice and opens well. Quality materials and weights.

Amazon Customer : Works well.

With the lead weights it sinks fairly fast and the 1/4” mesh catches smaller bait without too much gilling.
With the open horn the hand line tends to pull down into the horn and leads tend to tangle.
Also the thin cord used to attach the net mesh to the lead line is thin and tends to break or separate.
Had to reattach with mono uni knots.
Overall the net performs well compared to more expensive nets.

AR : Arrived defective

This was a gift for my father. We are recreational fishermen and regularly use casting nets for live bait.

Upon receipt I noted that the bucket stated in the Ad was missing, but I didn't worry as I can buy a new bucket at a store and include with the gift.
When I unpacked the net, I noticed that it was defective as they forgot to include the complete "throat" section of the net; therefore, making it unusable and incomplete. The throat area is woven into the net and done at time of manufacturing, so I was forced to return it. Apparently, there is little or no QA on these nets upon completion.
I had to purchase a net immediately elsewhere.
However, I have to state that the seller had no fault and was great. They immediately provided a return label and refunded my money a couple days after receipt of the defective merchandise.

The Honest Critique : Cheap Box - Decent Net

I spreads great, sinks good due to its heavy weight. The mono looks mighty thin, but that is why it sinks good.
Like everyone else, mine arrived with a broken box. Can you say "CHEAP"? I caught a sting ray on my first throw. did not know there was an oyster bead down there. But I found no holes afterwards.
