Waited a couple of months to make sure that there aren't any issues before writing this. Used a couple of different sizes and the seal appears to be as good as the name brand. I have used this with wet products and dry. No issues with the products coming out of the freezer - seal holds well.

Used all three different sizes cleaning up my freezer and refrigerator. The vacuum sealer and bags allow us to do some bulk buys when we find a great price which is important to our grocery budget. One example I can give you is we cut the bags to the size I needed and divided up a big pack of sliced cheese. I sealed them up and place in the freezer. After 2 weeks, we pulled one of the cheese packs out of freezer to use the next day. After opening, we found the cheese to be just a fresh as the day we brought it home. Definitely will be purchasing this vacuum bag pack again.
Tip: Make the bags bigger than the package needed. When opening it back up, cut as close to the seal as you can. This way you can put the bags in the dishwasher or wash out by hand to reuse again. They are that durable.

I planed to give it a 1 star at the beginning because it has a strong plastic flavor and influences my food.
However, when a few months later when I try it again, then I use hot water to warm the food, it didn't influence my food. If you have the same concern, hope it can help

I bought these after reading the reviews, kind of an even split between negative and positive. They are kind of thin. My Seal A Meal worked great on the medium sized roll. When I Freeze soup, I put them in a regular "zip" type bag first anyway. It's just easier to vacuum seal it that way. Anyway, they sealed great! So far, I don't regret my purchase at all.

I was in a hurry and forgot to freeze or at least firmly chill the sausages prior to repackaging them. The sausages were barely chilled and I still got a perfect seal on ALL packages--and the packages STAYED SEALED!!! This just doesn't happen with the original brand. The bag's cutting line doesn't have to be absolutely perfect either! These are a GREAT value. I only wish there were markings on each side of the roll to guide the scissors, but I can live with that since the bags are not as "picky" as the other brand.

This is a great value pack I got to replace other expensive brand that really limit my usages. The quality of the bags are great and exactly as the most expensive brand. The bags seal really nice and no problem with my vacuum machine. They hold the vacuum as it should be and I haven't seen any leakage so far for many uses. I use it a lot for sous vide and it hold the meat and juice tightly. This is a great buy!

We purchased half of a hog. I order a bunch of these. They was perfect i used them to seal wrap 31 pounds of sausage, 5lbs of porkchops, 18lbs of bacon. They worked just the same as the Food Saver brand. Didn't notice much difference other than much better priced so we could seal more food.

It's hard for me to rate this because they didn't end up working with my foodsaver vacuum sealer. I like this product but it has proven to be a little faulty. I’ve had multiple bags lose their seal and puff with air either immediately after sealing or while in the freezer. This leads to potential freezer burn if I don’t catch it in time and as you can see I didn’t here. Needs improving just a bit it seems.
