- Level 3 is enough for most applications; thicker the bag, higher the level required;
- The red light is not predictable when plug into the power. It is only predictable when keep the handle pressed down on bottom. This is a protection for sealer;
- When seal is done, the red light will go off. Don't release the handle at once and keep the handle pressed down for a few seconds to get optimal results. If you use a 12-inch sealer, put your hand on the middle of the handle would be better;
- Replacements should be replaced when the PTFE (cloth) appears warn, discolored or sealing isn't perfect;
- Never wipe the heat seal strip with a wet cloth.

On thicker material, I have found it helpful to do a second impulse immediately after the first one without moving the material. It has helped make sure that it creates a nice complete seal. I would recommend that you do some test seals using the above steps in order to become more comfortable with the sealing of thicker product. Hope this helps.

This is my favorite sealer. It is easier to use and seals better than my more expensive sealers.
S&H Farm & Upcycling : This company is absolutely amazing.
Both the sealer and the support for the sealer are great. I have easily sealed over 5000 bags already with this product and I do not notice any signs of fatigue, I regularly change the Ptfe and heating wire. They include two replacements of each with initial purchase and they also sell a 5 pack of both for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this product, I have not been happier with a sealer I've purchased yet. Any time I have ordered anything from the company or any support needed has been easy and fast.

I am doing a small business and can definitely tell that aluminium construction is much more durable, and expensive than other normal metal bodies. I purchased my first sealer in July, 2017 - To be very honest it only lasted till mid December, 2017. I contacted the seller because within that time, my sealer stopped working. The Seller took responsibility for this issue and it was as simple as that. They replaced my sealer for no cost. I was surprise at the quality..
It had that nice heavy feel to It.
But the most important was the the strength of the 5mm. seal at the low setting of level 3 out of 1 to 8 levels.
I sealed 4 layers of 2.5 mils. I couldn't pull the seal apart. (That was 10 mils. total poly mushroom spawn bag @ level 3)
I would definitely say yes to anyone anytime.

Bought this last August and had been working fine,sealing hundreds of bags. It went out on us and we emailed customer service about it. Moo was very helpful, he replaced the unit for free plus gave us a partial refund. Just wished the unit lasted longer.

I like that this sealer comes in several colors.
If you have a business this would be great to seal bags to send your product to your customer in a safe manner.
I also like that it came with 2 replacements and an extra fuse.

I bought a blue version of this originally which was more a tacky office style 70s blue hue (perhaps a different brand- same style everything else). So I exchanged for the “white” and it’s gray. In case anyone is trying to have their electronics match. Otherwise the product is great. They need to either send the correct colored item or they need to adjust their photos and color options.

I got it to seal bath bombs I made for Christmas. It did the job the vast majority of the time (melted a couple of the bags). I like this product and would definitely order it again. It will be used in other applications as I find them. Well worth the price.

Total garbage. Seems like it's working great, beautiful, flawless seals. They aren't actually sealed though. More than half of our bags lost pressure during incubation.

The only thing that sucks about this sealer is the seal is too thin. It advertises 5mm sealing width as if that’s a good thing.... it’s not. It’s thin compared to more expensive models.
Otherwise the device works fine. Just push the handle down and hold it down for at least 10 seconds and you will get a good seal.

Sucks!!! Take forever to heat up. Even after you wait the recommended second after light turns off it doesn't seal. Leaving bag messed up. Do not buy!

Had a samll issue with Amazon damaging the sealer during shipping reachech out and customer services was top notch. They sent a replacement the same day. I have used the sealer and enjoy it the 5mm seal vs a 2mm seal whish they had in in a 8in 5mm seal. Comes with extra fuses and heating strips. Will definitely buy again when i need one and will recommend to friends. Grat product for a great price with amazing customer service even after the purchase.

I really wanted to loke this sealer , nice wide seal , didn't get so hot it melted the bag . The not hot enough is its real drawback , within a few bags , it takes 3 to 4 sealing presses to finally seal .
They just don't give it enough power to actually sesl that pretty wide seal .
Bought another sealer at the same time fro Amazon , as a backup , $22.00, totally outperformed this $100.00 paperweight. Went to return it , discovered it had a 30 day return window, oh well , I can buy 4 of the cheapo sealers and still have money lefy over !

EXCELLENT Pro quality. I was skeptical about all the "our patented version versus the competition" rhetoric on the product page, but what it advertises is true. Description was on point. IT is amazingly strong and heavy duty - it is built with an aluminium body, and packaged in 2 boxes with SUPER clear instructions, kind notes before using. I am doing a small business and can definitely tell that aluminium construction is much more durable, and expensive than other normal metal bodies. Seller of LinsnField has gone heart and soul into this sealer. Pretty easy to use and work perfectly. Once you plug it in (test at the lowest setting before upping the dial), you press down, wait for a few seconds and its done. I have no doubt that it will stand the test of time. Highly recommend spending a few dollars more for this kind of quality.

This sealer is worth every penny! I am very happy with this purchase. There is a slight learning curve when it comes to the setting, bag thickness, and how to remove the bag once sealed. The product works great and better than any of the other brand of sealers I have purchased before.

The light isn't right it comes on for about 1 second. The strip of material stuck to the first bag and pulled loose. It says will seal up to 5 mm but my mushroom bags don't seal on the gusset folds. My bags are .03mm so on the folds that's .03 x 4 witch is 1.2 mm.. Guess I should have tried the pro model.

If you’re using this for sealing spawn bags don’t buy it. Spend the extra money on an American product that is way better quality. I had to seal each bag 20 times not kidding to even kinda feel like it was decent. A zip tie does a better job then this. Will be returning.

I loved how this worked for me, made quick work of sealing, however it lasted one month! One month and maybe two dozen seals so not worth it. It shorted out and stopped working when I went to seal items.

if you need to use this on a regular basis dont buy it. we changed the fuse and the parts but it still doesnt work
