Answer: I would send it back. It supposed to have all the parts to function properly and the central hub a crucial piece

Answer: Yes, it comes with all the support needed to use it. You WILL need string for whatever depths you choose to use it at.

I used this item to catch minnows it works great but I I wish it was a lot bigger and the metal bars are not that great they need a better metal rods

Shocked and saddened it was made by Frabill after putting it together and trying to use it.
Metal arms slide out of the top middle piece as the arms don't clip or clamp to it. Just slides in and slides out which happened immediately as the metal arms aren't thick enough and bend really easy. Tiny hole in center of top center piece that you could barely fit twine through never mind any kind of rope and you can't tie rope to the center piece as then you'll lose the whole net and arms from it sliding out of center piece as nothing is attached to center piece except sling arms. The mesh material was the only good thing about this product except large loops on corners where you attach it to arms which slide off the poles and make the net sag even more. Add in the flexible arms bending and you get the picture. Shame Frabill. At least take it off the market (still seen it in stores) or improve on it.

Messaged Frabill through their website with no answer in two weeks, wrote again, still no answer in another 2 weeks. This is a major reputable fishing company yes? Decided to call and all they said is Frabill can't do nothing unless you buy direct from them. Don't really want to boycott Frabill as they make great one of a kind things but with bad customer service and bad product. I might start looking at other brands of the same products. Trust me, don't buy this product.

R.P. : Not a good buy

The net is poorly designed. Loops on all four corners are too big and the net does not stay on the rods that keep the net square. The rod rely on tension to stay in place. If the rods are not held securely in place. When the loop slips of the rod it jumps like a spring causing the net to disassemble. The rod usually falls into the water. Bad product.
