The net is big, but it can fold down and clip to a backpack. It floats, so it will be hard to lose it while on the water. Overall, I think this is a great fishing net. The only downside, is that I wish the handle extended to be longer.

You will not be disappointed. I was very surprised when I received my net, as it is strong, sturdy, and looks great! I dropped mine in the water off my boat, and float it did! My fishing buddy recently lost his net and sunk overboard off his kayak. This one will be with me for many years to come. My only desire would be for the net to have a larger mesh pattern. I took a video while using it and that will follow in another review.

This is a really nice net. My son and I regularly fish lakes and ponds for largemouth bass, crappie, bream, and catfish, and this net works well for those species. Easily folds. Has nice, what seems durable, foam grip. Wide mouth and thick rim. What impressed most was the rubberized net itself; nice touch. I was thinking to also use it for my pool, but holes are a bit large for the small debris.

This net is amazing for the price! It can collapse on itself making it very easy to carry, but can reach a good distance. The diameter of the net is also pretty wide making it easy to land big fish, and the holes in the net are big enough to let debris fall out but keep the fish in. This net is very convenient for keeping in the back of your car, or putting in your backpack, so that you can always be prepared for when you see a lake or pond! Overall, this net is well worth the money, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a light, compact, and strong net!
