I wouldn't recommend this product for use with FoodSaver sealers. The non-textured side is heavier than most and the vacuum never fully sucks out enough air. For sous vide use the products you seal end up forming large air pockets when at temperature causing the items to float. Not recommended for freezing either as freezer burn occurs due to excess air in bag.

These are just as good as Food Saver bags. They have some wrinkles in the material but it doesn't seem to affect the sealing. I've only had stuff in the freezer for about 3 months, so I can't compare the longevity to the Food Saver bags, but they're comparable for this period of time.
