Answer: This handheld induction sealer uses the principle of electromagnetic induction for sealing, not vacuum. If the material of the wide-mouthed ball jars is glass, the sealing effect is not good. Please do not use Induction Sealer for sealing metal containers.

gomurifle : Works but steps in the base didnt fit my container.

It works. Bough this for some trial runs.

Build quality is acceptable. Don't expect it to be heavy duty the plastic is quite thin in some places.

There is no temperature adjustment, just power and time which makes sense because this is inductive. Different size of film will heat differently.

Time adjustment is precise.

Not sure if the power adjustment is consistent.

It stays on after while to cool itself down.

Power cable could have been longer. I have nearly tugged it off the table a couple times.

I looked up videos and within minimal i was in business.
The device is good and works as intended. I really dislike the fact that this thing didn’t come woth a couple of sample seals. It came woth a couple of small jars, but no seals.
So i had to purchase some. I dont expect the seller to supply my whole lifes supply. But a couple of sample seals like five even, would be great. Considering many others advertise that they give a few seals. Aside from my needy ridiculous demands, lol. The sealer works just fine. I have no real complaints.
