Ash : Perfect size and well made!

I got this for my smaller fly rod for those brooks and streams its well made. the drag works great just twist the button on the side and its set. I also like that it is quiet when pulling the drag. It come in a nice little travel case to keep scratch markets off of it.

EGReviews : Decent little reel a little stiff but not bad

I ordered this to use on my Reddington hydrogen 4wt. I plan on loading this with some 5 weight forward line.

The gear mechanism is smooth with an audible click. The drag system has a long adjustment so you can fine tune it.

The spool disassembles for maintenance and greasing. I was surprised it came with a carry/storage pouch.

The weight feels balanced and unlike other brands at this price point it’s metal and not composite/plastic.

Overall it’s not a bad reel. It feels a little stiff but it probably just needs to be broken in. It feels like a 4.5 star reel in my opinion.
