Answer: All Revo EXD’s come with 2 spools. States this on Abu’s website and in the pictures on this product page. This pack of 2 leads folks to believe it is for 2 reels however, I ordered this and only received one reel. Amazon is sending a replacement, so we shall see if they get it right this time.

Answer: My husband received 2 complete reels - I assumed it was an error but he got 2. Each in their own separate Abu Garcia box like you get at the store.

This is by far my favorite bait caster so far. I prefer it over my Rocket which was supposed to be the wonder reel. For light to medium duty on 8lb line, this thing launches and has the right amount of return ratio. Not to fast and easy to spoil up.

アブとしては、多少大きめの遠投用の35mmスプール採用だが、ちょっと中途半端
どうせ遠投用なら37mm程度は、ほしかった
＊微妙に最後の一伸びが足りない
実際の飛距離は、シマノやダイワの遠投が得意なモデルと比べると正直物足りないかも…

それでも通常は、１oz前後のバイブレーションを50～60ｍ程度は問題なく飛ぶので実釣する分には、特に問題なし
ブレーキがマグネットだけなのでどうなのかなと思ったが、スプールが軽いのでバックラッシュもほぼ無く扱いやすい
この値段でスペアスプールもついてることを考えると十分合格点！

ただ、コレは購入前から足踏みしていた最大の理由でもあるのだが、もう一段上のギヤ比（巻取りスピード）が有ればほぼ満点だったのにな～
出来れば100cmは、欲しかった…

ReviewToaKill : Real Good Reel

To be completely honest, I have never owned a fishing reel that costs more than $50, and I had to work my nerve up to get it out of the box. But yeah, wow! The difference in quality is really there. This reel is gorgeous, and the purples really pop. To say it is low profile almost feels like an understatement as it clings really close to the rod. I like the way the casting bar stays very much out of the way and drops down so your thumb can glide over the spool. Turning the crank requires the barest of touch. Very silent.
Under the foam in the box, there is a parts diagram and a warranty card. I was at first a little let down that there are no instructions but on further reflection, you generally don't buy a $300 fishing reel if you don't know much about them.
My biggest issue is keeping everyone away from MY PRECIOUS when we are at the fishing camp...that, and that it makes all my other fishing gear look real ugly.

Dipped in Ink : Great for Light Lines

I am really enjoying this new reel! First of all, it’s gorgeous. I had to get a new pole just for it to show off how good it really looks! I like that it is low profile, compared to some of my old reels. It makes it less unwieldy and off-balance during cast. I also like that it was easy to set up, without having to read directions, its straight-forward set up had me ready to go in no time.

Some reels just don’t do the job when it comes to some of the lighter lines and lures. This one doesn’t have that problem. It has an accurate and far-reaching cast. The run out is smooth, and braking system superb. The other bonus is that it is super quiet!
