Answer: That would be a good question , since I have not needed to get parts , I threw out the box that it came in. I would try to see if there is an address on the box or a website to message back to. Good luck.

Answer: yes, I purchased two of them and are great reels, the clicker is loud like a penn reel. the ambassadors are much softer.

Arrived 2.5 weeks before scheduled. Well built I've coupled it with a Chad Ferguson Whisker Seeker 9'6 rod w/ 80lb braid. Haven't had the oppourtunity to use yet, but if everything works as good as it looks and feels I'll give 5 stars.

draine00 : Bent Handle, Drag, and Knob

Unfortunately, the reel came with a bent handle with the knob also being bent as well as one of the spokes on the drag wheel being bent. For the packaging the reel was wrapped in thin plastic and in a thin cardboard box which was encased by as usps box. The entire packaging didn't look damaged at all and was in good shape, I can only see this as happening from the shipper. The handle was not able to rotate due to it being bent inward toward the reel, along with one of the drag spokes.

Fortunately, I was able to remove the handle and manually adjust the handle and drag spoke.

I wasn't able to adjust the knob back without risking damage, so I left it alone.

Given that I bought two of the exact same reels, I can definitely tell a difference. It seems to work fair now that I've adjusted it, but it's not going to last as long as the other and for each fish I catch it will always feel off and wobbly compared to the other. Not necessarily desirable.

With the weekend plans approaching, the primary reason I purchased a pair, I didn't have time to return it and will have to work with the cards dealt.

Aside for that...
I wish the spool tension could be adjusted a bit higher and balance better with heavier weights.
While the reel is open and the clicker is engaged, it would be a bit better if it required less weight to pull and activate the clicker.

Overall, it's a fair product for the price, I just wish it didn't come with a bent handle and drag spoke.
