I like that these are nonstick and very easy to use. I dehydrated mashed butternut squash and that is about as sticky as it gets but I had no problem with these sheets.

The sheets work, and the fruit leather rolls of easily, but the solid sheets inhibit air flow and melted the plastic trays of the dehydrator. Parchment paper "breathes" better.
