Titanium The Titanium bonded stainless steel blades will not flake, blister, chip, or peel. The patented Titanium Bonding process makes the Cuda 9" Flex Fillet Knife three times harder than untreated steel. It will cut better and stay sharper longer.	Full Tang The Cuda 9" Flex Fillet Knife's blade extends throughout the handle portion of the cutting implement. Full-tang is incredibly important due to the fact that it provides strength to the cutting blade and also supports a stronger and more rigid handle.	Cuda Scale Grip The 'Cuda Scale Pattern' on the grip of the Cuda 9" Flex Fillet Knife provides a comfortable and incredibly secure grip for complete control in all conditions.	Steel Type German 4116 Stainless Steel is the perfect marine-grade cutting steel given its combination of carbon and chromium content. The combination gives this fine-grained stainless steel a great degree of corrosion resistance, as well as strength and edge retention.

Triple-Layer Technology

First, we make our knife and shear blades from premium stainless steel, known for its rust resistance. We then polish the surface to a bright finish. Making the surface mirror-smooth reduces the exposed surface area, creating fewer places where corrosion can start.

Next, we passivate the blades. Passivation forms rust-resistant chromium oxide below the outer surface to create a wall of defense against salt water.

Finally, we treat the surface with our Titanium Bonded process to increase hardness and defend it even more from the elements.

Great knife

Ray : Sharp and a great handle

I have several cuda knives, and for the low price, they are a decent quality fillet knife. I have cleaned many fish with these. The handles are top notch and I can usually find these at a decent price. They are not dexter russels, but they cost must less and perform fairly well. All the ones I've bought and given as gifts have come pretty sharp.

These are just "ok". Much like most folks mentioned on the reviews, it doesn't stay sharp. Gets dull after a couple of slices thru the fish. I give it 3 stars because price isn't bad. Hindsight, I should've paid more for a better knife, having to re-sharpen after a couple of cuts drastically slows down my work and it gets annoying if gutting fishes over 25" long

This is a good knife , I was a bit skeptical at first . I am a professional fish cutter and was surprised how well the blade performs . It stays very sharp and is easy to slide down the back bones of the fish ..skinning is easy with the blade and handle . It is easy to hold and slides through the fish smoothly .

It's a great filleting knife - I've been using it on a weekly basis, as I am a big fan of fish (I mostly buy mine whole and do the cutting myself, so it's a must have). The grip could be a bit bigger, but for most people it'll be great to use. The flexibility of the blade isn't top-tier, but then again, for a knife that costs under 10$, I'd say this does a superb job.
