Is the blade easy to resharpen?

Answer: Have not had to resharpen the serrated blade. Their Smooth blades sharpen nicely. 2 years in. Great bang for buck. Best for scarlet fish. Black Sea bass and stripped bass, great for the initial cuts.????

Answer: I have not had to sharpen my knives yet.

Are handles removable on all knives?

Answer: No, the handle is not removable.
