DUNCAN : Great reel

The 7/8 ,wt reel is built very well, and smooth. The drag seems to be pretty beefy. I have used the reel on steelhead and so far has preformed better than expected. The "reel" test for this reel will come in Sept (salmon season!) I will soon know if the drag will hold up. I will keep you posted. All in all great reel for the price!

I have the 5/6wt on an Eagleclaw Featherlight. Works great for the $$. I've dunked it in saltwater... rinsed it and it's still good to go. Decent drag. I wish it clicked louder

Brady : Incredibly fragile/breakable

I had the reel for around a month and used it about 4 months. I dropped the reel on my garage floor and it bent the frame to the point where I could no longer use the reel.

Great little reel for beginning fly fishers. Very reasonable price, nice drag system. My only negative was the gold colored parts were more orange/copper than gold.
