The product pictures do not have the "made in china" label. the description says tennessee. why?

Answer: It's made in China it say it on the bottom

Is this product have a return Free of charge

Item title states 5 ft radius, but image shows a box that states 6 ft... is this a 5' radius net? (Important as Ohio laws do not greater than 5')

Answer: I received the 7’ net when the order confirmation email picture showed the 6’ box.

Answer: it will be 7' to the center of the net from the edge

Can you catch small freshwater minnows with this net?

Answer: No not super small but we have caught about palm sized fish with out a problem but I think the holes will be to big for minnows

Answer: I had the same concern. I think it is their default picture. Make sure your order says 7 foot radius when you place it. The net works great for me.

Is this a 9 foot cast net cause on the picture it shows its a 6 footer

Answer: It is. And I’m very pleased with the throw of this net.

1/4 inch is Small enough to catch small mirrors?

Answer: It is actually better suited to catching larger bait fish. About the size of shad. Large slicks could be caught using it however.

Answer: I see no reason why you can't.

Answer: No. Only open to 7’

Answer: Yes if you make a great throw and the net fully expands in a pie shape. I haven’t accomplished that feat in two years, but I have caught plenty of bait. Good luck!

Bought this for my grandson who loves to fish and explore the ocean. Great net, good weight, easy for him to throw at his size. I would not recommend for any child who is younger as the net does weigh some. The only reason you might buy it for a 5-6 yo is if they are a tall kid otherwise they will get frustrated.

Recently upgraded from a 4ft net that I bought at Wal-Mart. I wasn't expecting much but I have so far been impressed with the quality of this net. Sturdy, opens evenly, throws clean, and can handle a little bit of snag without noticeable deformation. It's a good net. Save yourself a headache and spend a few extra bucks for this one.

One of the lines that connects the rope to the lead line was untied before I ever even threw it. I planned on catching bait for my fishing trip so I did not bring any to use for bait so my fishing trip was defiantly sub par because the net was defective.

Fold Me Up Scotty : Fragile but Catch Bait

I have the Fitec RS750L, 4ft Radius version and have used it several times to catch shads in the local waters. It has indeed caught hundreds of shads, but it has also succumbed to fragility. After one month of use, the plastic ring on top of the net cracked and split, rendering the net useless. Unless Fitec reinforces the ring, I would say this cast net is a no go.

These are quality nets compaired to other companies but not at these prices.

I gsther, raise, sell and use bait almost entirely caught from these nets and the creeks and bait ponds I use them in is full of brush,alligator snapping turtles and cotton mouth snakes so its no wonder I go thru up to, and at times over, 10 or so of these nets a season. So trust me when I say I know my way around a bait net.
THERE IS NO COMPARISON TO THESE NETS.

This company seems to pay attention to every little detail. Deals with it like they were giving it to their grandmother or something, and still figures out a way to charge less than other companies.
I did have trouble with the blue plastic ring seperating with my last one but still, compaired to other companies and how many of these Fitec nets I usually tear up all on my own, I wouldn't think of asking them to replace it.

Thank You Fitec for producing such a well made throw net for such a competive price.
