Answer: I pulled this from the 12" desciption as the main differece is this a 12" and not 18" : 180 TO 600 DEGREES 36'000 BTU INCLUDES 1 MEAT PROBE

Do you make a controller that allows you to control the amout of smoke ?

Answer: When your quote-unquote smoking the meat you're not literally using smoke to smoke it. What you want to do is throw the raw meat in there for 10 minutes or so with heavy Smoke On Smoke setting then you literally just want the little temperature to cook it at a smoke temperature. If you trying to smoke it you're going to have problems finding the papers and lighter big enough to roll it in

Answer: I used the 18" to replace the hopper on a Outdoor Gourmet Triton pellet grill from Acadamy. It has a cooking surface of 1228 sq in. It had no issues getting up to temp or maintaining it.

Can I get a longer auger 24-in to reach the center of my smoker

Answer: Not for this model. They make 24 inch augers. Not sure where but trager I believe makes one.

Answer: The lowest temperature setting is 200 degrees, but it also has a smoke setting that is Somewhat below that. The temperature on the smoke setting will vary depending on the size of the smoking area.

My first experience with pellet grills, but this was a great upgrade my old beast of a charcoal grill. Pumps out quite a bit of power, and as you see on my photo it got my grill up to 450 degrees quite quickly! The support staff were very helpful.
