Answer: I bought the L/XL, I wear 34-36" waist in jeans depending on brand. On me the overlap is perfect with plenty of room for bigger a bigger waist. Going below 32" I would suggest the smaller sized one.

Answer: There is not a buckle; Velcro is used for everything. Hence no rust. I acquired mine for saltwater fishing exclusively. Highly recommend. Used by most wade fishing guides on the Texas and Louisiana coast.

Answer: I have never seen one, but you might contact Foreverlast.com. Can't hurt. I love mine for wade fishing Reds in south Texas (without the box). The rod holder is nice when I am wearing my Columbia sportswear shirt with velcro rod holder on breast. Makes untangling line and unhooking fish so much easier.

Great product that lets me hang out in the surf in Texas for hours instead of running back and forth to the beach all the time. The quality is first rate. Everything has tie downs and the tackle box can be removed and replaced with a bag for shrimp and mullet. The belt can be fit real tight and with the back support it is very comfortable.
