Was only able to use twice before the head broke off from the handle. Definitely will not be recommend this net.

Perfect net for the yak. Landing crappies or small mouth just got easier.

So far so good. A little pricey compared to the box store brand, but has done the job. It connects and floats nicely next to my kayak. I would have liked a longer lanyard on it to reach both sides of the craft. I will have to engineer something to make this possible.

Great net for the coastal wade fisherman. Perfect size for hauling in the big reds and trout. Love that it floats and with the extendable cord, it's right there when you need it. Quality construction and I don't have to worry about the saltwater corrosion.

It won't be coming with a retractable cord. I'm going to have to remove the static cord that came with it and rig some sort of retractor to it. Annoyed. Good net otherwise. Handle is a little short, but the circle of the net is pretty darn big.

I use this when fishing on my Seastream Angler 120 kayak. While cruising it easily tucks in behind my seat. While fishing, it sits on the deck in front of my pedal drive unit and is within easy reach. While some complain about the short handle, it makes it much easier to maneuver and control.
Let's face it - landing a bigger fish on a kayak can be a pain no matter what simply because of how you have to handle the rod once you get the fish close. But the size of this net (not too big, not too small) makes it a bit easier to land the fish on a kayak. If you're on a boat, you'll definitely want one with a longer handle.
