Answer: The length of the blade is 6-7 inches. I love this knife. It works great and is very sharp.

Answer: 6.5 inches. probably only use 6 inches. Perfect for Sandbass and Crappie. Well worth the $$$$ and then some.

The knife is dull as we tried filleting some fish we caught. Sharpened it as well but no use. The gloves are good and helps to nit cut yourself.

Received my set and I am very happy with the products. The Knife is exactly the correct length for crappie and sand bass. It peals the filet right off the rib meat and just flip it over and the filet is done. Great. The glove (which I have never had) sure is a nice safety factor. And a sharpener to boot! I recommend this to everyone and all my fishing friends. Looking forward to the next product.

This is a wonderful knife. I already have used it! I love the blade sharpener too. I won't lie, I just sharpened 3 of my knifes with it and it's better than my electric sharpener. My father said he might order one just cause he loves the sharpener. I probably won't use the gloves but I like that I have them.
