Answer: The length of the blade is 6-7 inches. I love this knife. It works great and is very sharp.

Answer: 6.5 inches. probably only use 6 inches. Perfect for Sandbass and Crappie. Well worth the $$$$ and then some.

Great fillet knife!! Love the fact that it comes with a snap on sheath. The knife was sharp right out of the package, so I haven't got a chance to use the sharpener yet. I tried out the gloves and its pretty much impossible to cut yourself with them on. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Received my set and I am very happy with the products. The Knife is exactly the correct length for crappie and sand bass. It peals the filet right off the rib meat and just flip it over and the filet is done. Great. The glove (which I have never had) sure is a nice safety factor. And a sharpener to boot! I recommend this to everyone and all my fishing friends. Looking forward to the next product.

The knife is dull as we tried filleting some fish we caught. Sharpened it as well but no use. The gloves are good and helps to nit cut yourself.
