I bought a set of these to use with a 2 pc Ugly Stik, just to make getting it in and out of the car that much smoother.

Each strap has a slot cut into it which slips over an eyelet to prevent the strap from moving along rod.

We will see how they hold up but 3 straps is enough for one (7' 2 pc) rod which means I have 3 spares.
