This is a great net for catching tadpoles, small fish and playing by the pond. Strong handle, adjustable length, string mesh. The net comes apart by a screw which is great for storage. We had tons of fun with this by our local lakes and streams.

Screws together so you have to make sure the threads are tight before you scoop a larger fish up. Nice rubber gasket on the top to help it stay nice and tight. Fun colors make it enjoyable for the kids to tote around, or hold in the boat or on the dock. Would definitely recommend a fishing accessory, or its own activity net for catching sand crabs on the beach or minnows and frogs in the shallows.

This net is fantastic if you have kids that love to fish as much as you do. Brought the net out to the bank and had my 2 year old nephew haul in some fish while I had them on the hook. The net handled a 6LB channel catfish like a champ.

Let's start with the pros, for starters the length is perfect for kids. Like stated earlier the nephew had a blast. The pole itself is colorful and vibrant, perfect for a child. And finally the pole can handle itself. Now don't get me wrong, don't expect to net in some larger fish, but I can say it handled a 6LB channel cat just fine.

Now for the cons, the overall length of the pole could be better, I wouldn't mind a little extra length. At the current length, you're gunna have to reel in that fish roughly 3-4 feet from the bank to haul it in.

As for the net itself, this net has two stress points, one in the middle, and the other at the top of the net. You have to screw in the net portion at the tip and the middle is a telescopic ring. I would rather see an all in one system where I can collapse the net in one easy motion and set it up as well.

Overall it's a great net. As an added bonus, I came to fish on my own on a motorcycle and the net is pretty small and portable if you're riding on a motor. Hope this review is helpful for you potential buyers.

This is a perfect kid's net. Very light weight but quite sturdy. The new diameter can be a little short for larger fish, but anything under 18" should be good. Very good for netting in crabs too. Even though cheaper this is a better net than my over $40 net that I had bought earlier, who's poles have come off. The build of this one will not break easily.

The packaging was great, the handle has it's own protective sleeve. Honestly it's a lot sturdier than I thought it would be super value for the money. Unfortunately it got here a couple days after the grand kids had left, so they'll have to wait to when Canada opens so we can give it the proper tryouts. Sorry for the shakey video but those are 2 8"×4" paver blocks 2" thick each. Far more weight than the fish that will be in that hopefully soon
