Answer: I have handed 50 plus pound grass carp with this net

Answer: have used it with up to 35# King salmon and held up fine.

What size are the netting holes? Can this hold smelt? Or other small fish?

Answer: No it won't, smallest thing U want to net with this is bass...

Answer: You shouldn’t have any issues with musky

Do hooks get caught in it?

Answer: They are hooks and could get stuck in it but I haven’t had the problem with it squares are plenty wide enough
