Can the data lock function be turned off on this scale? I cannot use with data lock.

Answer: YES IT CAN! Press n hold tare for 2 seconds. Display will show Either L_ON or L_OF. Press til You have the function you want. ON Will also display a locked icon in the top right corner. Off Function will remove the locked icon.

Answer: That would be a neat feature but I don't think this one does that. Nice little scale but no blue tooth.

Answer: I can't answer specifically cuz it is in my toolbox 20 miles from here. BUT, I haven't had a problem with small weights. I think it will weigh down to about 35 grams or 2 ounces (maybe even 1 ounce), but can't be sure without trying it (not today, tho)

Answer: The weight "locks" automatically when it is steady for a few seconds so you can move the display to a more comfortable position to read its display.

It's OK. It's a cheap digital scale. Feels like a toy. Kind of a pain to operate when rushing to release the fish. Sometimes won't zero out without being turn off then on a few times. Needs a larger hook. Tape measure is handy. Might update my review if this scale is still working next year.

I love what this scale can do for the price from the light-up scale to ease of use. It doesn't seem like it will be scratch easily from the material it is made out from. This scale is also lightweight and does not take as much room as other scales. however, it does what it needs to at an affordable price.

Nicely back lit. The unit measures from the handle instead of the pressure from the box to the hook. The unit also will randomly turn off even while in use. I've gone back to using my other fish scale as I weigh out multiple things at a time.

The scale seems accurate, easy to use and can zero out to remove any equipment being used from the weight displayed. The metal bar at the top slides up to make the scale easy to hold when weighing higher weights and slides back down to easily fit in the carrying case the scale comes with. The carabiner that comes with it is lightweight and I wouldn't trust it to hold the 100 lbs the scale is rated for, but is useful to hang the scale when not using it.
