We just shipped March boxes on Friday. Tracking numbers will be emailed out tomorrow and you'll start getting them this week. Marked this thread as "spoiler alert" so people can talk about what they got and post pics. So if you didn't get your box yet, scroll down at you're own risk!

Just got home and opened mine up. By the time I got the tracking number via email, it had already been delivered! Talk about fast!

This is my 2nd box and I'm impressed. The Sashimi Rattl'n Vibe color changing lure looks really cool. All of these might get worked this coming weekend. Only $1 on the Bingo though. Pic:

I like this rattle trap. More 4/0 Ultra Locks always rock. The use these Caffine Shads all the time. Wish it was a bigger pack though.

Glad you liked the box! We are actually in the process of increasing the bait amounts from 3 to 4 for any packs that have 8 or more baits in a retail pack. They would still be samples, but you would have an extra one in many packs. Because we order product a few months in advance, you will likely see this change start in early summer.

This is the box I got as well. Really happy with it. I almost bought some of the KVD Dream Shots the other day. Glad I didn't. And I think the Muddbuggs are going to kill them in the rivers here in WV.

Still waiting for mine and my nephews. Mine says it's out for delivery and his is in Illinois still some how but yet he lives 6 miles down the road in the next town.

I am having similar issues. No tracking info all week on my brothers or mine. Then all of sudden mine is completely updated today and says delivered (wife confirmed). Now my brothers will track but says still sitting in IL. Not sure what is going on.

Ya, there is something sketchy with the shipping. My box was in Rochester NY on 3/14 and delivered to me on the 15th. No information until the 15th on it. My brother, who lives in Rochester, he still doesn't have his box. I tracked it today and looks like he may get it today. But there is no way it was shipped on the 8th. Either that or is sat at a distribution center until then and then started the journey.

I had a great, quick experience with them the first month. But second month is a little sketchy. I am NOT goint to refer anyone else to them until I get more of a history with their shipping. It makes me look like an idiot when I talk them all up and things go all awry.

My nephews was in rochester Saturday it's in Albion now it says it was received at the PO at 0712 today I know they get their mail at 1100 so idk if it made it on the mail truck but at least it's in his town. He's still stoked about it an is gonna buy his own when his gift subscription runs out. Not like we can do alot of fishing here in wny anyways it was 16 out last night we tried yesterday after noon and my reel froze up along with my line guides with more cold and snow in the forecast.

We are sorry your boxing is taking a bit longer to arrive this month. Unfortunately, we really can't control the shipping process. Our packages are delivered via USPS and we have no involvement in the routing or delivery process. 97% of US boxes are delivered within 7 business days from when we ship. The further you are from Chicago, or more rural an area you live, the longer it will take. When we ship thousands of boxes a month there are a small % that will be stolen, lost in the mail, or have screwy routing paths that boggle our minds. If a box is lost or stolen we will investigate with the USPS and replace it. In cases like yours, we know it's frustrating but we hope you understand that we can't control it and most month's your experience should be more like you had the first month.

If it's not there by the end of this week please contact us and we will replace it if it was lost.

Mine just came in the mail. Got the lipless crankbait box. I am very happy with this box. I can use all of these lures from shore which is where I do a lot of my fishing. Can't wait.

I also had problems with the shipping. I never received confirmation that it was shipped. It just showed up. Not complaining but last month I got the message with the tracking info. Checking on my account also didn't tell me anything.

As long as it got here I am good. :-)

Now if spring would only get here. I am expecting to get a snow storm tonight and into tomorrow. Somebody doesn't want me fishing. LOL

Try adding "info@mysterytacklebox.com" to your "safe list." Sometimes our emails go to junkmail. I'll also double check with the tech guys to make sure all notifications are being sent properly.

Trust me, I am very happy with the box. But shipping is frustrating and makes no sense. My problem is I built the Mystery Tackle Box up to a lot of people, then I look like a dummy when they call my and say "still no box in the mail".

KNowing I got mine and it had to go through their town to get to me. The USPS is completely unreliable though.

I work in IT ... checked that already. This is definitely not the problem.

Agreed ... something needs to be fixed with shipping. There is a fine line between "anxiously awaiting" and "very frustrating". It all boils down to communication and setting expectations. Hopefully MTB can address this with their carrier because it is frustrating when you are not communicated with at all.

Ya, I agree. My brother was immediately saying to cancel his subscription. I contemplated canceling both his and mine. Figured we would check it out next month and if it is the same, well, time to move on.

Now my first box had no tracking problems and was delivered in 2 business days.

I'm still more then happy with it even having to wait a week were still making out pretty good. My nephew hast even got his yet it's been delivered but he's at work and just showing him mine he wants to get his own after the gift subscription runs out.

I used to work for fedex and ups I know shipping screw ups happen you would be amazed what goes on in them hubs/distribution centers. If MTB is mailing out a thousand or more boxes plus there's another big shipment going threw some times it just don't make the cut. When I loaded for fedex once the truck filled it filled everything else going to the same place just sat till another truck showed and what's to say one doest break down or get pulled over missing a time hack. Things happen the shipping is out of MTBs control like they said. They are willing to work with us as customers and the middle man USPS in fixing the problem but there is a time frame they have to wait before USPS will say it's what ever every time iv had an issue it has always showed up on the last possible day before able to file a claim with the shipping service.

We have some boxes that were packed before we started doing the cards so there are a handful of boxes that do not have cards, but those people should get scratch cards in future months.
