fishing user avatarburleytog reply :

Hmmmmmmmmmm.... :-X

fishing user avatarOK Bass Hunter reply :

Gotta go with black.

fishing user avatarSiebert Outdoors reply :

orange

fishing user avatarbasser89 reply :

red

fishing user avatarDirk_Jig---Lure reply :

gmans reply actually did make me "think about it"

with the 3 primary colors (blue, red, yellow),you can make most other colors.

i.e no need for orange, just dip red over yellow

I voted red, it's the only primary missing

the REAL question is, when did YOU start caring about color???? ;D

fishing user avatarTin reply :

What ever happened to "Color doesn't matter"? :-/ :-?

To paraphrase Big O: If you're doing well with a presentation,

you can do even better with that same lure in the right color.

Chart.

Good job reading the question.

fishing user avatarsenko_77 reply :

Red, because with it, you have all 3 primary colors.  A black dye would be awesome though.

Question: If you already had blue and charteuse, which woould you want as a 3rd color

fishing user avatarfirefightn15 reply :

Red

fishing user avatarfishfordollars reply :

Orange.

If you want to get technical Black and white are not colors.

fishing user avatarRedbug reply :

Red for sure. It's my confidence color and if I could die parts of my plastics blood red it would be awesome. Thanks to this site I found JJ's Magic. I just wish it came in Red. It would complete the perfect combination of colors in the perfect die and fish attractant.

fishing user avatarPitchinkid reply :

why cant i have them all

fishing user avatarJimzee reply :

I gotta go with red.  Too many possibilities with red to ignore.

fishing user avatarCJ reply :

Red all the way!

I voted red.

I wish I had some red dye!

You missed it... ::D

fishing user avatarBig-O reply :

Red is my pick for sure.....and black would be my second choice.

IMO Purple is a terrific soft plastic color, which basically represents both Red and Blue which are two popular subsurface colors. Many of us old timers still rely on purple hues in our baits and having a red dip would allow just that by mixing it with blue.

But none of you young'uns need to actually add purple to your color schemes...it's only for us old guys

fishing user avatarCWB reply :

Gotta go with red. Too much you can do with it. Gills, eyes, stripes, etc.

Use the Q-tip like JJ says and let your imagination go wild.

Hey Big-O, who you calling old. I resemble that remark!

fishing user avatarjamarkwe reply :

white, white and white...

fishing user avatarSam reply :

Orange = Crawfish

fishing user avatarIDbasser reply :

Orange = Crawfish

That is why I voted for orange

fishing user avatarDock Master reply :

    I put orange.  I like to use it so I can dye the tips of my jig trailers to match the colors of real crawfish.

fishing user avatarGatorbassman reply :

Red + Yellow = Orange. If I had Red and Chartreuse then I would have Orange.

So I voted Red.

Sound logic there.
