Did anyone get there Catalog yet? I would think they should be out soon!
I haven't seen one. If I remember correctly, that normally comes right after Christmas.
I was at BPS in Birmingham and all they had was the one from 2011.
I just ordered mine last week

I am getting tired of looking at my 2011 since there have been so many product upgrades since the release (I keep it in my pickup to keep me occupied whenever I have to wait for someone).
Thanks for the link. My 2011 catalog is looking a little rough. That happens when you look at it every day I guess.
Thanks for this thread gents, you just reminded me to order one.
The link was especially helpful, helped get me signed right up for it.
Ordered mine about 10 days ago. Supposed to take 7-10 days, so mine should be here anytime.

Yep got mine today!!
Forgot to come back to say that I got mine this past Friday.
Mine came yesterday, and after flipping through it.....I put it in the magazine rack where it will most likely stay until next year. I didn't see a single thing in there that interested me other than the new E21 Wild Black rods, and since I replaced most of my rods last year...well...don't need any more. I already have more lures than I will ever use, although I'll no doubt pick up some odds 'n ends locally that will be the extent of my purchases this year.
i got mine yesterday
I got mine last week.
Got mine yesterday and I'm off friday till tuesday so I got lots of time to read it!
I got mine in the mail yesterday!
Mine came a couple of days ago. I really need to get a few more. One for my desk at work, one next to the recliner and one for the porcelain throne. Maybe another one for the shop. It is so stressful having to transport literature from one area of business to another.
got mine a couple days ago. No NRX rods
Also received mine Wednesday. Looks like hey are carrying some new baits.
got mine today!!!
Got mine on Tuesday. Woo hooo. I've already worn it out.
I'm still waiting:(
Got mine yesterday...But everything is slower in Florida!!
Mike
i'm not very impressed. Not alot of new stuff to look at, and I feel as Bass Pro comes out with more house brand stuff the more they get rid of Name Brand products.
I got mine.
I'm a disappointed in BPS.
They have such a Huge selection which is good but I do feel that their prices are a just a bit much.
Are they going high because they Can ?
A-Jay
Yeah - their prices mostly aren't competitive. Their flat-rate shipping based on dollar amount of the order is archaic. I'm a fan of some of the BPS-brand stuff...but I don't order from them nearly as often as I used to.
Yeah I mostly get my stuff from tackle warehouse.Wish we had a store around here.
FINALLY GOT MINE! I'm in the market for a new rod, but me and a friend think BPS is really pushing their brand of rods!? i went to BPS to spend some gift cards and i noticed that ALL the BPS rods were stocked to the max but Shimano, St. Croix, Abu's and several other brands were sparsely stocked. Anyone have the same thought?

Yeah, mine like that too.
BPS can't be monetarily competitive with TW or BTD. They have stores nationwide and empoly thousands of people. Overhead means higher costs. They probably push their own brand because the markup is at a higher percentage. BPS also has the ability to sell clothing and boats and firearms which increases their target market tenfold. The other plus about having a physical location to shop at is you get to hold the rods and reels and see how they feel as well as look at the lures to see actual sizes and colors rather than a 1d pic on the computer screen. Those extra "perks" cost money.
For me I spend more money shopping online but would much rather go into the big box stores to shop. I also am fortunate to have a Cabelas 10 minutes from the house and 2 BPS less than 45 minutes away. Have used Cabelas for alot of "in a pinch" purchases, especially stuff for the boat. Wouldn't want it any other way.

I did get mine about a week ago! I am getting the bug! Just like every year!
