Answer: I vacuumed grd meat yesterday and the little bit of liquid came out and it didn't seal well. I had to do another seal on top of it. They tell you that you should freeze anything with liquid before sealing. But I didn't expect to have to do that with grd meat, I didn't have to with my old sealer.

I used this bad boy to seal 200 cookies and it worked well without fail! It’s fairly quick, sealing within 10 or so seconds. It did get a little hot and start to bubble a bit after repeated use, but I just took a break every 10 or so and it worked well.
