Filling: First, fill the device with the smoking dust to the rim. Then press the smoking dust firmly with your fingers. We recommend smoking dust, the grain size should be 0.4 mm - 1.0 mm. 2. Placing: Place the cold smoke generator e.g. in a kettle grill, gas grill, smoker oven, smoker or simply as a smoker insert in the water smoker. With our product, you will achieve a smoking time of between 8 and 20 hours. 3. Lighting: Now light the smoking dust at the provided square openings. I ordered it. Looks small. Can I use pellets in there also?

Answer: I wouldn't recommend using pellet because of the size, but they work really well with the wood sawdust, good consistent smoke.
