I assembled this grill per instructions and performed the start up procedure as instructed By the manual I used this grill three times and each time The pellet hopper caught on fire the last time I used it I left it alone for 10 minutes to go inside to prepare side dishes for what I was cooking , I came back out and the Pellet hopper was totally engulfed in flames And before I could get The flames out it totally destroyed the electronics in the Pelet Hopper , It totally ruined three meals in a row, I want my money back !!!!!!

This is awesome. We replaced our gas grill with this and we are very pleased. Assembly is required but follow the instructions and you'll be fine. It is heavy so team lift would probably be best to get it to where you need it to be. It works well and is easy to use. Very nice.

I love this grill. Assembly was fairly straightforward. My grill holds it temperature +- a couple of degrees while smoking. Things we have grilled so far have come out perfectly… all with a nice smoky BBQ flavor. I have not had any of the temperature or mechanical issues that were reported in other reviews. This is by far the best grill I’ve ever owned and the food is as close to a BBQ restaurant taste we have ever made at home.

This grill is amazing, we are thrilled with how well it works. It's a huge pain to set up, but after that - it's easy to use, easy to clean, easy to start, everything! We've used it almost every day that we have had it. We've smoked a ton of meats and everything comes out great. It gets to the right temperature really quickly and maintains this temperature for hours. We're extremely happy with it and we recommend it all the time to our neighbors who come over to our backyard after smelling the delicious smells from the foods we're cooking!
The Best Source For Unbiased Reviews! : Amazing grill!!!
Setup wasn't a blast and I highly recommend two people simply for the reason you'll need someone to hold parts and someone to screw them together. It went together easy enough but was tedious and took us about an hour. Everything is good sturdy quality from what we've seen, my only complaint is those hideous red handles on the doors. They stand out horribly so I'm gonna remove them and paint them flat black I think.
SO once we got it together- we proceeded to do the break in steps which were also a bit tedious. Once those were done though, we powered it down and came back the next day and did some hamburgers and hot dogs. The next day we did steaks. It's pretty easy to use this grill and the food that has come off of it so far has all been fantastic! Absolutely love this and can't think of any huge complaints at all for it! Very well made grill that should last us for years with any luck! Very impressed with this grill and think the price point is very fair for what it is.
Be sure to get you a cover for it and keep it protected from the elements!
