I just received this 6 inch fillet knife from TOPFORT and so far I am impressed with the way it looks and feels in my hand! It has a large and very comfortable, hard rubber easy grip handle that is sure not to slip while holding in my hand to use like the ones I have used in the past with the wooden and plastic handles! I am impressed with the way the blade is made and it has just the right amount of flex to make an easy job cleaning fish the right way! The blade is in my opinion very well made and sharp and should hold a great edge since it is made from high quality German steel with just the perfect shape that I have been looking for and I love the sheath that will not hold water and make the blade rust which I love! I have nothing bad to say about this knife and will be buying the 5 inch bait knife to go along with this one because I believe it will be great for going threw bone and cutting up the bait that I like to use! So check one out and I'm sure that you will not be disappointed!

I've used this knife a couple of times now and really enjoy it. I like the handle and the ergonomic grip which fits nicely into my hand. The blade did not need additional sharpening which was nice and seems like it has nice smooth edges.

This knife arrives nearly unsharpened. I'm not sure what butter knives other reviewers have used, because this knife is not sharp at all. I had to hand sharpen it for the good part of an hour to get it to even cut paper. It's not bendy enough for a fillet knife, either, and I know after a single fish it will be dulled significantly.

Spend more on a better knife, like a victorinox, and you'll be much happier.

Really enjoying this filet knife. It came packaged well. Handle has a nice ergonomical feel. Blade cuts and holds edge pretty well. I like the amount of flex it has. I have not used it on fish, but have on some venison. The locking sheath was also a nice addition. Overall, I'm impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality knife in this price range.

Tried the knife today and kids and I really like the safety feature to "snap" the cover. Easy to put the cover on and take off. Cutting was nice as well, and the knife came sharp. We have a number of them we bring for fishing, but this one may become our go to one - mainly because of the easy safety feature. Once we get a chance to use it on fish will write an update.
