This if the first vacuum sealer I have owned, and after using it this afternoon, I am asking myself why did I wait so long to buy one? This product is easy to use, and will allow me to keep food fresh in the freezer for a long time. The instruction manual is just OK, but because using the sealer is so intuitive, the written instructions really aren't necessary.
This product comes with a roll of vacuum seal bags, as well as 10 precut bags. They are only 7" or 8" wide, so not the best for larger items but the sealer will accommodate bags up to 12". I am going to shop additional bags on Amazon right now.
The product also ships with a hose and stopper for vacuum sealing canisters, but I wasn't able to test this functionality. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work as designed.
The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the included bag cutter. I found it cumbersome to use and difficult to cut straight lines from the rolled vacuum bags. But, no worries, I just used conventional scissors to do the job instead and that worked great.
I plan to seal the season's crab, shrimp, blackberries for use throughout the offseason. I highly recommend this purchasing this vacuum sealer for anyone who wants to maximum their freezer to preserve fresh foods.

It is light weight and pretty slim overall. The instructions are only in English. I thought I read initially when I purchased the item that any flat bag could be used (for instance, I ziplock bag as long as it is a flat/seamed bag), but the instructions did not give specifications on bag types, so I’ll stick with food sealer bags/rolls for now.

This vacuum sealer is a bit smaller than my previous food saver and does just as good of a job. I did have to push on the sides quite a bit to get it to click closed prior to sealing. Once I figured that out, it was easy. It comes with a cable for containers but I don't have one so didn't test that out. Bags worked great and kept things sealed well. I liked that it came with a roll and individual bags too. Overall great purchase.

We like to cook "sous vide" and using the sealer to first store the food from the market and then re-use for cooking was very convenient. The machine is very easy to use and is well made. I really like the added wine bottle stopper which can be attached to the sealer to evacuate a partially used wine bottle. All in all a great addition to our kitchen.

This Blusmart Vacuum Sealer is compact in design, yet offers multiple customized settings for food preservation. It features a generous sealing bar, and is simple to use. Featuring an attractive and sleek stainless steel design, it also has a nice appearance. I also like the compact size, as it doesn't take up much space on our countertop, where it will likely stay. This sealer represents a good value--no need to needlessly spend more for units that will accomplish the very same purpose, as it has all the features necessary to make preserving our food easy and economical. Overall, this is not a bad product. I spent a lot of time figuring out how to use the machine. It would have been so much easier had the instructions been better written. It tells you to hold the machine down until you hear it click but does not explain there is locking mechanisms on the sides and the initial clicks the machine makes is not the same thing. I had to search YouTube to find a video to figure it out. I used the machine for a couple of weeks before writing this review.

One of the best things about this device is its size! it does not take up much real estate on the counter so I can leave it out. That makes sealing most things both easy and convenient. For that alone it is worth the purchase! Especially considering the pricier, well known models are more bulky. The buttons are pretty self explanatory and easy to use. The red blue and green lighting is a simple way to let the user know whats happening.
Sealing:
The sealing mechanism is great and works quickly. it was creates a firm seal and keeps the products fresh. My family used it to seal potato chip bags, opened fresh veggies and more. worked like a charm.
Vacuum Sealing:
While this was good it was not great. It pulled most of the air of out all the bags sealed but I did find if the meat was odd shaped or moist it stopped vacuuming just shy of perfect. it should be fine for a couple of months in a deep freezer but if you are looking to freeze 6 months or more I am a little more skeptical. I will update my review once we have reached that point. At this point its best guess as It has only been a month.
Overall, a value sealer for the price point. It should handle most light to moderate sealing for freezing and is wonderful for everyday resealing of other items in your home.

This vacuum sealer is nice and gets the job done like more expensive units. I have a few issues, which are minor. First, the little cutting tool isn't the greatest: I would just use scissors. Second, my unit doesn't automatically switch to Seal after it Vacuums, which I thought it was supposed to do. However, it's easy to hit Cancel and then Seal when it's vacuumed enough! Overall, I think it's a good value, and those minor quibbles are all that stopped me from giving it 5 stars.
