Test driving this vacuum sealer for comparison. I have used various food saver sealers over the years and while this one does seem slimmed down, it definitely got the job done first try. It is light weight and pretty slim overall. The instructions are only in English. I thought I read initially when I purchased the item that any flat bag could be used (for instance, I ziplock bag as long as it is a flat/seamed bag), but the instructions did not give specifications on bag types, so I’ll stick with food sealer bags/rolls for now.

This product is great for the price. My family has been looking for years to purchase one and glad we finally did. We buy in bulk and store in our deep freezer. We noticed items were not keeping there flavor when we removed them. They tasted freezer burned. We have used products that we wrapped in the vaccum Sealer packaging and they are keeping flavor. I also like to wrap my bananas so they don't go brown as fast. Works great.

Overall, this is not a bad product. I spent a lot of time figuring out how to use the machine. It would have been so much easier had the instructions been better written. It tells you to hold the machine down until you hear it click but does not explain there is locking mechanisms on the sides and the initial clicks the machine makes is not the same thing. I had to search YouTube to find a video to figure it out. I used the machine for a couple of weeks before writing this review.

One of the best things about this device is its size! it does not take up much real estate on the counter so I can leave it out. That makes sealing most things both easy and convenient. For that alone it is worth the purchase! Especially considering the pricier, well known models are more bulky. The buttons are pretty self explanatory and easy to use. The red blue and green lighting is a simple way to let the user know whats happening.

The sealing mechanism is great and works quickly. it was creates a firm seal and keeps the products fresh. My family used it to seal potato chip bags, opened fresh veggies and more. worked like a charm.
Vacuum Sealing:
While this was good it was not great. It pulled most of the air of out all the bags sealed but I did find if the meat was odd shaped or moist it stopped vacuuming just shy of perfect. it should be fine for a couple of months in a deep freezer but if you are looking to freeze 6 months or more I am a little more skeptical. I will update my review once we have reached that point. At this point its best guess as It has only been a month.
Overall, a value sealer for the price point. It should handle most light to moderate sealing for freezing and is wonderful for everyday resealing of other items in your home.

Advice read instructions carefully. The machine is awesome just what I needed. It sucks air out and seals the pouches that comes with the machine. Only issue is instructions aren't clear...maybe a video with step by step would have been helpful. I feel like anyone else would have gotten frustrated and returned it. The sealing part was amazing being able to seal a bag of chips or cereal after opening it is great. It also comes with an attachment to vacuum seal containers (containers not included) but great option. once I got the machine going its definitely worth the purchase.

I recieved this vacuum sealer as a product review. Being a hunter, I was excited to try this thing out first hand. Opening the packaging, I found simple easy to read instructions. After a quick glance I quickly grabbed some coffee beans to try sealing. This machine was so intuitive within 30 seconds I cut my bag, sealed the bottom, placed my beans, and vacuum sealed a fully finished pouch. I highly recommend this device and will update this review if I have any issues. I am excited to spend more time with it and push it to its limits!

The airtight seal is great for keeping food fresher longer and helps to avoid freezer burn. This allows me to take advantage of sales at the grocery store, buying meat and other items in bulk and then sealing it in single meal sizes so I can easily take out just what I need to cook each meal. It comes with 10 bags so you can begin using it right away. You may want to stock up on additional bags so it is ready to use at any time.
It is very easy to use, has a great design, and is very compact so it doesn’t take much space in the kitchen. This is a great product for home use. It would also make a great gift. I recommend it.
