Test driving this vacuum sealer for comparison. I have used various food saver sealers over the years and while this one does seem slimmed down, it definitely got the job done first try. It is light weight and pretty slim overall. The instructions are only in English. I thought I read initially when I purchased the item that any flat bag could be used (for instance, I ziplock bag as long as it is a flat/seamed bag), but the instructions did not give specifications on bag types, so I’ll stick with food sealer bags/rolls for now.

Advice read instructions carefully. The machine is awesome just what I needed. It sucks air out and seals the pouches that comes with the machine. Only issue is instructions aren't clear...maybe a video with step by step would have been helpful. I feel like anyone else would have gotten frustrated and returned it. The sealing part was amazing being able to seal a bag of chips or cereal after opening it is great. It also comes with an attachment to vacuum seal containers (containers not included) but great option. once I got the machine going its definitely worth the purchase.

This Blusmart Vacuum Sealer is compact in design, yet offers multiple customized settings for food preservation. It features a generous sealing bar, and is simple to use. Featuring an attractive and sleek stainless steel design, it also has a nice appearance. I also like the compact size, as it doesn't take up much space on our countertop, where it will likely stay. We like to cook "sous vide" and using the sealer to first store the food from the market and then re-use for cooking was very convenient. The machine is very easy to use and is well made. I really like the added wine bottle stopper which can be attached to the sealer to evacuate a partially used wine bottle. All in all a great addition to our kitchen.

This vacuum sealer is easy to use and works great! I even sealed some foods with liquid and it was sealed perfectly with no leaks and no air. I have stored all the foods I sealed in my freezer and they fit nicely. This is a very good vacuum sealer and very much worth buying and using many times over to freeze and preserve your foods for fresh consumption at a later time.

I recieved this vacuum sealer as a product review. Being a hunter, I was excited to try this thing out first hand. Opening the packaging, I found simple easy to read instructions. After a quick glance I quickly grabbed some coffee beans to try sealing. This machine was so intuitive within 30 seconds I cut my bag, sealed the bottom, placed my beans, and vacuum sealed a fully finished pouch.
