Product Description

The grain vacuum bag is versatile and can be used to preserve dried fruits, fruits and vegetables as well as to cook steak, salmon and chicken bacon at low temperature.

Vacuum steak 1. Defrost steaks, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, olive oil and thyme. 2. Put it into vacuum bag and vacuum seal; 3. Cook in 140℉ water for 40 minutes. 4. Remove the steak, add to the frying pan, add butter, fry for 5 minutes and serve.	Vacuum Salmon 1. Sprinkle a little ground black pepper, salt, lemon juice and onion leaves and marinate in a vacuum for 45 minutes until flavoured. 2. Place in water at 113℉ and simmer for 15 minutes; 3. Remove the fish from the vacuum bag, add olive oil to the skillet and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.	Vacuum chicken breast 1. Dry the water and marinate with vanilla leaves, salt, black pepper and chopped garlic in a vacuum for 4 hours; 2. Cook in 149 ° F water for 35 minutes. 3. Remove and fry in oil until golden brown on both sides; 4. Slice and serve with fruits and vegetables.

Ian D. : Great small vacuum sealer bags

In my family, we like to do some shopping in bulk from Costco, so vacuum bags are pretty essential for many products to prevent freezer burn or premature spoiling. I've used a variety of vacuum bag sizes, but this is the first time I've ever had such small ones. These work for individual portions of meats/chicken/seafood (as long as the portions are relatively conservative, maybe up to 8 or 10oz), and they're also really good for when we get a big block of cheese and want to cut it into portions to preserve it better (I typically do this for sharp cheddar blocks, but I guess it would work for other cheeses as long as they're not too wet). The 15x20cm ones are very small bags, so keep that in mind. In inches, that's less than 6x8. It's a size I didn't know I needed, I guess, but I'm glad I got it. The quality is also good. The sizing of the bags means it takes some manipulating to get it to seal perfectly in my vacuum sealer, but it works well. The bags are also thick enough and durable, so they withstand different types of products, even meat with bones. They can also survive sous vide cooking at reasonable temperatures. Overall, a good product that's easy to recommend if you're into vacuum sealing!
