How is this net for lobstering?

Answer: You know I am not sure but it looks to be about 12-14 inches. Big enough for a 3-4 lb. trout...LOL

What is the overall length from end to end?

Answer: It is 19 1/2" from end to end. The oval is 9 3/4" wide and 14" long, and the spaces in the netting are 1" square. The net itself is 14" deep.

can this be used in saltwater or will it corrode?

Answer: It says it is aluminum, so it should be OK. However, I'm not sure about the screws. Also, it is a very small net which would be too small for most saltwater fish, I would guess.

Answer: Yes it can tubing is aluminum won't rust.

I use a float tube when im fishing the reservoir and this little net saved me from the one's that would have got away. Its small enough to do the job and easy to hang onto with your pole in the other hand while bringing in the big ones.

I Bought two trout nets for my young grandsons who are starting to love trout fishing. These are reasonably priced, lightweight, perfect size for small trout and for small hands handling!. I wondered if the net was too light but other reviews confirm that it is of good quality.

For the money, this is a good product. The netting itself appears to be plastic so would probably sun-rot at some point, but the rim and handle are sturdy. I'm pleased with this purchase and give it 5 stars because of the quality for the price.

This net is both simple and sturdy.
The only bother I have is the tag states "Contains chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects in the State of California".

The fishing net has rather large spacing in the net, I wish the description would have told that. Hopefully the fish I catch will be bigger than the spaces in the net.

Great net. I use it out my 12 ft boat for trout, walleye, perch, and crappie. Tried my hardest to fit a 4 lb northern in there too, but that just wasn't happening, but I definitely didn't expect it to! Great net, sweet buy, love it.
