Very simple to use with provided thermometer. Meat turns out great every time.

Amazon Customer : Poor product, poor customer service

Had mine for under a year. Noticed I have bubbling and peeling near the grease trap. Contacted customer service and the blame game was on.
“Customer, you don’t clean your grill enough. You need to take it apart, scrape and vacuum it after every use.” “Customer, you need to make sure the grill is level.”
For the record, I clean it every 4-5 uses, and I use shims to level it. Next time, I’ll check out RecTeq.
