Es un súper producto obligado para toda persona que aprecie una buena parrillada: en verdad aporta un sabor ahumado a cualquier corte grueso. Sin embargo, no lo uses como te sugiere el vendedor: primero, agrega carbones encendidos en el interior de la caja (no en el compartimiento triangular que está en un costado) y encima coloca las astillas húmedas (sumergidas previamente en agua por al menos 3 minutos antes...retirar el agua). El humo generado es generoso.

WOW! This little guy will get the job done BIG time! I previously used an old design smoke box and wood chips that I had top put on the burner of my natural gas grill. The result was minimal smoke and a fire from the wood.
Not so with the Smokehouse Smoker Box! I bought the hickory PELLETS and used the provided fire-starter sticks (20) to get the smoke going within 5 minutes on the top grilling grate of my new grill. I smoked three racks of ribs simultaneously, and they came out outstandingly!! There is to nice steady stream of smoke that lasted me 1-1/2 hours...really an amazing product! Highly recommend this for your natural gas or propane or charcoal grill.
