Does the knife lock in the sheath? I would like to use this as a dive knife.

Answer: It has a friction fit into the sheath. You can hold it upside down and shake it some and it won't come out.

Answer: yes it fits snug. You have to give it a tug to unsheathe.

Does is it comes with sheath ??
