Answer: It can be used for dehydration in an air fryer, and the silicone pad can be cut to fit the size of an air fryer

Answer: I don’t think so. It feels like rubber or plastic.

How is these sheets classified? I'm looking for bigger openings and thinner strands.

Answer: Not sure about classification but the openings are very small.

Do I need to get wet with water？

Answer: No. All I did was cut to size and layed the mat on the rack. If you want to wash before reuse than yes..that is the only time I would think you’d need to get it wet.

Answer: I've used the dishwasher and haven't had any issues. However, I find they get cleaner by washing them with a dish brush and air drying.

They clean much faster and easier as food doesn't stick on them. They also seem to not take on discoloration from blueberries, pomegranates, and mulberries. Highly recommend.
