Answer: Mine came with an AC power cord. The machine end has two round holes in a housing that resembles two "D" shapes, back-to-back. The power end is U.S. 120V polarized two prong plug.

Answer: The bags attached can be used within the temperature of -68℉ to 248℉. It can be used for sous vide in boiling water of 212℉.

Answer: The heating wire is 11.8 inches in length, so if the opening of the bags does not exceed 11.8 inches, then it will be suitable. Besides, please note that the sealing bags need to be with grid/diamond texture, not suitable for sealing bags with smooth or dots texture.

I absolutely love this food sealer. Its extremely easy to use and works well. I love the added food scale and the fact it is optional to take it off if not needed and put back on quickly when it is needed. Absolutely worth the purchase and cheaper than most competitors.
