Dont buy this.. I used it for 4 months and it broke down.. with E4 code, then E3 code and so on.. Not buy it not worth the headache

TL : Cup Sealer Defective

Try calling their customer service number, their mailbox is full. Ordered a cups sealer and does not work properly, it rolls the cup sealing tape film backwards. I would stay away from this brand of sealer.

Viet Hai : Wasted money on this machine

I began to use the machine on Aug 9, the machine started not working today Aug 25 for no reason. It's been used for only 2 weeks and 2 days. The machine has sealed almost 200 cups, was not many enough to be dead. Not worth money, and being a trouble in business time. The video shows that the machine doesn't work as I press the button. People might think I didn't plug the cord in, therefore I recorded the censor on the side of it, still working, the light is still on.
I don't recommend people who will open bubble tea shop to buy this product.

The automatic button doesn't work. Everytime i push the button, it'll just took 4 cups circle film roll to waste and it didnt seal at all! So i had to manually moved the film and manually seal it

Do not buy from this seller. The product had a 2 year warranty and I’ve been playing email tags with them because my machine won’t power on and work at all. They keep telling me to check this and check that and now says I need to contact amazon for a replacement. It will hit 2 years for us in February 2020 and now it’s not working at all. Customer service is horrible and no help at all.
